POLICY

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ALL SERVICES RENDERED AT OUR FACILITIES
SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT ADVANCE NOTICE/REVISED SEPTEMBER 2017

By securing a deposit, booking or using our services you are automatically bind to our terms and conditions 

Deposit Requirements:

50% deposit required for all jobs (Effective May 1st 2018)

 

Cancellation Policy:

Please note that the deposit is non-refundable. If you decide that you do not want our services, sell your car before your appointment, etc., your deposit will not be refunded.

You will lose your deposit if you do not give one week (7 days) notice or if you simply do not show up for your appointment.

 

Giving us 7 days notice means notifying us by the end of our business day, one week prior to the scheduled appointment.

 

If you send us an email or call and leave a message after we have already closed, you will lose your deposit.

 

If we are notified at least one week in advance of this, we will put a credit on file for you that can be used towards a rescheduled appointment or towards the purchase of products.  Credits are valid for up to 3 months and are then forfeited.

 

 

· We are not responsible for personal or valuable belongings left in the vehicles. 

· We are not responsible for replacing lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged belongings and valuables. 

· We are not responsible for aftermarket parts on vehicle, PINSTRIPE LIFTING, PEELING, OR REMOVAL prior to liquid wrap.

· If you request us to disassemble/assemble, we are not responsible for the condition of your vehicle/motorcycle upon removal of liquid/vinyl wrap. 

· Vehicles must be dropped off, washed, and clean or a $25 fee will be added to balance.

· Storage fee after 7 days. $20 per day.

· Colors on the speed shapes (in our showroom) are for reference only of the shade selected. The finished product may vary.

· Usage of non-approved products (IE: Armor All/Tire Shine/Wipe+Shine) will void your warranty. Purchase of gas guard does not imply an additional warranty or guarantee of no damage. We are not liable for any damage.

· Any chargeback for services already rendered will be subject to legal action to the fullest extent. In addition, you will be held responsible for any legal, court filing, and complaint fees associated. All questions, concerns and warranty inquiries should be directed to:  Sales@timelessms.com

*Disclaimer - Regarding liquid wrap repairs, We cannot guarantee color match with the following colors 

-Gray 

-Rose gold 

-Pink 

-Color shifts 

or any white based colors/pearls or tinted/custom colors 

 

All full body liquid wraps include a 6 month warranty, We cover lifts or peels.
We are not liable for vandalism or accidents or poor maintenance.
